30-Day Return Policy
Are two weeks not enough to get familiar with your new favorite tech product? We think so too. That’s why we offer more than the legal 14-day right of withdrawal. Our extended return policy gives you 30 days to test your new product and send it back to us free of charge if you don’t like it. Please note that, in the case of a return, only the value of the returned products will be refunded. The initial shipping fee paid for the order is non-refundable. You can return products easily by registering them in your customer account online.
- Log in and go to «Orders».
- Find the order and click «Request return».
- Select the return reason
- Register the return
- Attach the return label to the package
Please note: This offer is valid only for private customers. You may return the product if it was purchased online. Use of the product during the 30-day period is limited to checking its features and functionality. The product must be in its original packaging and returned together with all originally delivered accessories. Otherwise, the conditions of the legal right of withdrawal apply.
