Apple iPhone 14 Plus Battery
Replacing the battery on your phone without the "non-original battery" error message is possible using the new battery with BMS flex band.
This ensures functionality with the Battery Management System on the original battery.
It only requires connecting the original BMS strip to the battery's BMS flex strip.
Features:
- Lithium Ion battery
- No contact welding required.
- 0 charging cycles
- Eliminates the error of detecting non-original battery
Attention ! The installation must be done by an authorized person from a GSM service. Otherwise, it will lead to the loss of the product warranty.
Assembly instructions:
- Turn off your mobile device.
- Remove the display module from the mobile device.
- Disconnect the original battery connector from the motherboard. Remove the battery from the mobile device.
- Remove the black adhesive from the base of the original battery to access the BMS (Battery Management System) flex strip.
- Use a thin, sharp tool (ceramic scissors or ceramic blades) to cut the connections between the BMS flex strip and the original battery (metal parts). Caution ! Do not use non-ceramic tools as they may cause a short circuit. Be careful not to puncture the battery cell or cut the BMS flex strip.
- Do not throw away the battery. Take the battery to a specialized battery collection center.
- Place the yellow adhesive tape (included in the package) on the back of the BMS flex strip. Remove the protective film from the adhesive tape, which will be attached to the underside (in the original position of the BMS flex strip) of the new battery. Press firmly to ensure proper adhesion.
- Bend the FPC connector of the BMS flex strip, orienting it towards the corresponding FPC connector on the new battery.
- Firmly connect the two FPC connectors (between the BMS flex strip from the original battery and the BMS flex strip on the new battery).
- Use the original black adhesive to cover the BMS flex tape.
- Connect the battery connector to the mobile device's motherboard.
- Do not turn on your mobile device using the power button.
- Connect your mobile device to a power source using a charging cable and let it automatically turn on.
- Disconnect the mobile device from the power source.
- Press and hold the power button to completely turn off your mobile device.
- Restart your mobile device by pressing the power button.
- Verify that the battery has been calibrated correctly by checking the health settings in the mobile device menu.
- If no errors occur, turn off the mobile device and proceed to attaching the battery, according to the normal procedure.
Attention: After installing the battery on the phone and updating the software, the following messages will appear:
1. "Unidentified part" pop-up message
2. No registration in "repair assistant"
Also, the battery status will take over the information from the replaced battery. To reset this (to show 100% battery status) requires a system flash (in GSM service).
If this is not important to you, then you do not need this operation.
